Three steps from first conversation to production handover.

01

Free discovery call

30–60 minute call. We confirm scope, channels, environment, and risk. No commitment, no sales pressure.

02

Fixed SOW signed

Statement of Work documents the scope, the deliverables, and the price. Sprint kicks off within 5 business days.

03

Weekly demo, weekly invoice

You see progress every week. Production-ready handover at the end of the sprint window. Code lives in your Git repo.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about how productized sprints work.

Why fixed-price instead of time-and-materials?
Fixed-price sprints let you commit to a budget and hold us to a date. Time-and-materials billing punishes buyers for asking questions and rewards scope creep. With a productized sprint, the scope, deliverables, and price are agreed before kickoff — so you know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs.
What if scope grows mid-sprint?
Out-of-scope changes are documented as a Sprint Extension with a fixed add-on price, signed in writing before the work happens. We don't quietly add hours to the bill. If a discovery item is genuinely tiny we may absorb it; otherwise it gets a clear price tag.
Do you offer multi-sprint discounts?
Yes. Three or more sprints purchased together get 10–15% off, and the buyer can convert into a Silver Managed Support tier afterward at no setup fee. The most common path is: free Mirth Health Check → migration sprint → ongoing Silver support.
Who owns the deliverables?
You do, from the first commit. Code lives in a Git repository your organization owns. We work in your repo, ship to your environments, and document in tools you control. There is no vendor lock-in.
How does a sprint engagement actually start?
Step 1 — free 30–60 minute discovery call to confirm scope, channels, environment, and risk. Step 2 — fixed Statement of Work signed; sprint kicks off within 5 business days. Step 3 — weekly demo and weekly invoice; production-ready handover at the end of the sprint window.
